Luyện nghe bài hát Famine

Okay, I want to talk about
I want to talk about the 'Famine'
About the fact that never really was one
was no 'Famine'

See Irish were only allowed to eat potatoes
All of the other food, meat, fish,
Were out of the country under armed guard
To England the Irish people starved

And then on the of all this
They gave us money not to teach our children
And so we lost our
And this is what I think is still me

See, we're like a child been battered
Has to drive itself out of it's head because frightened
Still feels all the painful
But they lose contact with the

And this leads to self-destruction
Alcoholism, addiction
All attempts at running
And in worst form becomes actual killing

And if there ever is be healing
has to be remembering and then grieving
So that there can be forgiving
There has to be knowledge and

All the lonely
Where do they all from?

An American regulation
Says you mustn't kill than ten percent of a nation
'Cause to do so causes 'psychological damage'
It's not permanent but they didn't know

Anyway, during the supposed
We lost a lot more than ten percent of our
Through deaths on or on ships of emigration
But what finally us was not starvation
But use in the controlling of our education

School go on 'Black '47'
On and on about 'The Famine'
But they don't say is in truth
really never was one

(Excuse me)
All the lonely
(I'm sorry, me)
Where do they all from

(That I can you in one word)
All the people
Where do all belong?

So take a look, shall we?
The highest of child abuse in the EEC
And we say we're a Christian
But we've contact with our history

See we used to God as a mother
We're from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
at all our old men in the pubs
Look at all our young people on

We used to worship God as a
Now look at we're doing to each other
We've even killers of ourselves
The child-like trusting people in the Universe

And this is what's wrong us
Our books the parent figures lied to us
I see the Irish as a like a child
got itself bashed in the face

And if there ever is gonna be
There has to be and then grieving
So that there, can be forgiving
There has to be knowledge and

All the people?
Where do all come from
All the people
do they all come from?

We on the brink of a great achievement
In this there is no solution to be found
To our by shooting each other
There is no real here

We are all in all our different kinds of ways
We not, now or ever in the future
Show anything to each
tolerance, forbearance and neighborly love

Because of our
Everyone here how he is
And what God him to do
